Since 1985 the Breast Cancer Detection Center of Alaska (BCDC) has delivered potentially life-saving technology and education to communities that would otherwise have little or no access to advanced breast-cancer screening. Our goals have been to make quality screening more convenient, increase outreach to under-served communities, and to reduce the disparities in care due to access. In order to continue to meet our goals, BCDC has brought Mobile Digital Technology to Fairbanks! This new 33 foot Freightliner coach equipped with the latest in digital full-field mammography technology provides the same state-of-the-art mammography offered by BCDC at our clinic, throughout Fairbanks, the City of North Pole, villages along the roadway, and areas accessible through the barge system.
With this new initiative comes a unique marketing and personal opportunity…
along with a way for you to continue to support BCDC. The graphics on the equipment are a testament of our mission. It displays the names of our Major Supporters, the logos of our Corporate Sponsors, and an Honorarium/Memorial with the names of those who have been affected by breast cancer.
These graphics will be displayed for the life of the vehicle.
Opportunity levels:
- Major Supporters - $50,000 or higher (1 space available)
- Corporate Sponsors – $5000 (9 spaces available)
- Honorarium/Memorial – $1000 (13 spaces available)
